Come to our office which is less than a mile from the resort. Above our office doors is a sign 12 feet wide that reads "VACATION RENTALS" and has the Perdido Key Resort Management logo on the left-hand side of the sign. Our office is suite 122 and these numbers are directly above our doors.
After 4:00 P.M.
Guests arrving after 5:00 P.M., or on Sundays, need to touch base with the office to arrange for a late arrival.
* Please note that these times are not a guarantee, but that every effort will be made to have your condo available upon arrival. Delays may be expected due to our commitment to provide pristine conditions and high standards of cleanliness.

We ask our guests to leave their property in the same condition as it was found and to
- Load and start the dishwasher.
- Remove all food, bag all trash and place in the on-site garbage area.
- Ensure that all furniture is returned to its original placement.
- Return all keys and passes to the rental office or place in the drop box
- Leave beds unmade and set the thermostat to 80 degrees.
POOL & FITNESS CENTER RULES
Indoor Pool & Fitness Center Hours: 8:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.
Outdoor Pool Hours: 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 P.M.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass is allowed in pool, on pool deck, within the fenced area around the outdoor pool or fitness center areas. No running or rough play. The hot tub and fitness center area is limited to guests 16 and older. Guests should have their pool passes with them at all times when using the indoor pool, outdoor pool or fitness center (1 per person) - The number of passes which will be issued are based upon occupancy of the unit reserved and must be worn while at the pool. The pools and fitness center will be closed when lightning producing storms are in the area. No grilling on the pool deck or within the fenced area around the outdoor pool. No outside food or drinks allowed on the pool deck or within the fenced area around the outdoor pool when the bar/grill is open. Additional rules may be posted and promulgated pertaining to the usage of the swimming pools, fitness center, parking and other amenities.
IMPORTANT: When the Tiki Bar and Grill are open guests may only bring bottled water and juice boxes/pouches to the pool deck or within the fenced area around the outdoor pool. All other food and drinks on the pool deck must be purchased from the Bar & Grill.
There is a limit of two(2) vehicles per reserved condo in condominium areas. Parking is only allowed on the bahama base (gravel-like) parking lot. Street parking on Perdido Key Drive is prohibited by county ordinance. Do not park on sand around units or over curbs. Boats, RV's, fifth wheels, personal watercrafts, as well as any and all trailers are strictly prohibited. All guests must keep the parking pass prominently displayed on the dashboard when parking on the property. Failure to do so may result in towing at owner’s expense.
Upon initial arrival it is your responsiblity to inspect your rental, as any damages or maintenance issues not reported will be deducted from your damage deposit. Please notify our office within 24 hours of any maintenance items that arise during your stay. Guests will be responsible for any damages or replacement costs that arise during occupancy.
There will be additional charges for any excessive cleaning required after departure. This will be charged to the credit card on file. This includes any time taken to rearrange items moved from their original location.
(Please remember that, unlike a hotel room, these condos are privately owned by individuals like yourself).

Your reservation is subject to immediate cancellation or additional charges if you have brought more guests than allowed. Please note that fire safety codes and insurance restrictions place limits on the number of guests residing in these units. The maximum occupancy for a 1 BR cottage is 4 persons, 1 BR loft is 4 persons, a 2 BR cottage is 6 persons, a 2BR Suite is 6 persons and a 3BR cottage is 8 persons (this includes adults and children). The occupancy limits, or property restrictions imposed by the condo owner, are what dictate how many pool passes are alloted upon arrival. Additionally, you are not allowed to sublet or have roommates when renting for an extended stay.
MINORS AND CHILDREN
We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Curfew time for 17 year olds and younger is 10:00 p.m. Parents/guardians must accompany their children when using the pools and are responsible for the actions and behavior of their children at all times.
Each condo is individually owned, therefore furnished uniquely to the homeowner's liking. Please respect this, as you are responsible for damages to the rental caused by you or your guests. If damages exceed your security deposit you may be liable for any charges in excess of your security deposit. Those charges will be billed against the credit card on file.
KEYS & PASSES
Pool and parking passes will be issued for all guests at check-in which must be returned when checking out. Guests should have their pool pass with them at all times when using the indoor or outdoor pools (1 per person). There will be a charge against the credit card on file for any keys ($25 each) and/or passes ($10 each) not returned to our office upon departure.
LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS
Perdido Key Resort Management is not responsible for any personal items which may be lost or stolen from your rental. This includes items left behind following your departure. If found, you will be notified and given the option to pay for their return.
This is primarily a non-smoking facility. No smoking is permitted inside any of the rental cottages or indoor pool building and you will be charged if the condo smells of smoke upon departure. If there is any evidence of smoking, per the terms of our rental agreement you will be charged $1500. You may be responsible for additional expenses for the restoration of the property if expenses exceed your deposit.
Under no circumstances are guests allowed to have pets on the property or within the rental unit. If a pet or evidence of a pet is found, eviction and per the terms of our rental agreement you will be charged $500. You may also be responsible for additional expenses for the restoration of the property if expenses exceed your deposit.
There are no parties, weddings, etc. allowed on the property without prior written consent from Perdido Key Resort Management. Unauthorized activities will cause forfeiture of your deposit(s) and subject your rental to additional charges or immediate cancellation of your reservation.
We are a family resort. If at any point in time the police are called out due to a disturbance coming from your condo you will forfeit your deposit(s), your rental will be subject to additional charges or immediate cancellation of your reservation and you will receive no refund or rebate for time unused.
Most of the properties have phone blocks, which require guests to use credit cards for long distance calls. Any long distance or service calls e.g. 411 that you make which appear on an owner’s bill will be charged against your security deposit or credit card.
FAILURE TO VACATE
If a guest fails to vacate a cottage by check-out time on the last day of their reserved period of occupancy, they will be charged a $50 late fee and all personal items will be moved to a secure location. This does not permit a guest to stay longer, but rather is a fee for the inconvenience posed which requires that the housekeeping services be rescheduled or delayed.
