These are the Quickest and Simplest Directions to Perdido Key
Directions from the West via I-10 through Pensacola (coming from Mississippi, Louisiana, etc.)
From the West: Take I-10E to exit 7 labeled “Pine Forest / Pensacola NAS” and turn right onto “Pine Forest Road.” Travel approximately 2.5 miles and turn right at the light for “Blue Angel Parkway.” Travel approximately eleven miles until you come to “Sorrento Road/Hwy 292” (there will be a Wal-Mart on your right). Turn right and follow Hwy 292 for six miles. Once on top of the bridge (you are crossing the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge), we are 1/2 mile on the left.
*Come through the entrance gate (right hand side) and the rental office will be in the center of the resort. (the gate code will be on your confirmation)
Directions from I-65
Take I-65 South. Merge onto I-10 East and follow the directions above for I-10 through Pensacola.
Directions from the East via I-10 through Pensacola (coming from Eastern Florida)
From the East: Take I-10W to exit 7 labeled “Pine Forest / Pensacola NAS” and turn left onto “Pine Forest Road.” Travel approximately 2.5 miles and turn right at the light for “Blue Angel Parkway.” Travel approximately eleven miles until you come to “Sorrento Road/Hwy 292” (there will be a Wal-Mart on your right). Directions from the Pensacola Regional Airport
Exit aitport, turn left onto 12th Ave/Fairfield Drive to Hwy 98. Go west on Hwy 98 to Blue Angel Parkway and turn south. Take Blue Angel parkway to “Sorrento Road/Hwy 292” (there will be a Wal-Mart on your right). Turn right and follow Hwy 292 for six miles and you will go over a large bridge crossing the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge. From the foot of the bridge we are less the 300 yards on the left.

Directions from Highway 59 (Foley, Gulf Shores, AL)
Take I-10 to AL Hwy 59. This exit is labeled “Bay Minette/Loxely” exit. Highway 59 south through Foley and Gulf Shores until it dead ends into AL Highway 182. Turn Left onto Hwy 182 and proceed east to the AL/FL state line. At the state line the route number changes to FL Hwy 292. Keep traveling east on 292 for 5 ½ miles and the Purple Parrot Village Resort will be on your right after the road veers north.
